Crystal healers believe that they can boost low energy, prevent bad energy, release blocked energy, and transform a person’s aura. Crystal healing is a pseudoscientific alternative medicine practise that involves the use of semiprecious stones and crystals such as quartz, agate, amethyst and opals. Adherents of the practise assert that these have healing properties, but there is no scientific evidence to support this claim. According to healers, stones are assigned different properties, even though healers have different ideas about which stones have which properties. Some believe that amethyst is good for the intestines, green aventurine is good for the heart, and yellow topaz is good for mental clarity. During a treatment session, a crystal healer may place various stones or crystals on your body aligned with these chakra points. Crystal healing also entails wearing crystals and stones on the body or placing them under pillows to ward off illness, release negative energy, or absorb positive energy. This course is designed, keeping in mind that you don’t have any prior knowledge and understanding of chakra, Kundalini, crystal therapy, crystal healing and crystal energy.
